At the Pituitary Center (the largest and busiest in Texas), endocrinologists and neurosurgeons diagnose and treat all pituitary-related disorders. We prioritize minimally invasive endoscopic pituitary surgery and nonsurgical treatment when possible.

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center is among only a few hospitals in the United States to offer transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA). This minimally invasive procedure enables us to remove your thyroid or parathyroid without a scar. 

With a small incision in your inner lip, our team of surgeons can surgically treat thyroid cancer without leaving a scar or damaging your voice. We have found that TOETVA is an appropriate treatment option for more than half of people who need surgery.
