Candice Vazquez, ARNP

Candice Vazquez, ARNP, specializes in cardiology and heart failure. Candice is experienced with a variety of advanced heart therapies. These include mechanical circulatory support such as left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) to assist weakened hearts and inotropic therapy to increase the strength of the heart’s muscle contractions and help control arrhythmias.

Candice is driven by her passion to assist individuals to attain a better quality of life. In addition to the quantitative mindset of helping patients live longer, she also offers a qualitative perspective focused on giving patients dignity and a level of control in their time of need. Friendly and compassionate, Candice seeks to enhance her patients’ participation in their own care and their desire to learn.
