Sean Senn currently serves as System Director of Life Science Innovation and Intellectual Property at CommonSpirit Health. With a strong belief in the promise of science as a means to alleviate human suffering and empower our society, Sean is passionate about getting promising technologies off of the lab bench and onto the store shelf where they can help people.

Sean has founded or co-founded several companies, including Immix Biopharma (Nasdaq: IMMX), a publicly traded, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that develops treatments for cancer and other inflammation-driven diseases. He has also founded Accelerator AIX, a firm focused on translation of early stage life science and medical device technologies for venture backed privately held companies and academic/non-profit research hospitals. Previously, Sean practiced as a Partner and Chair of the Patent Practice at the law firm Archer Norris, as well as practiced as an intellectual property lawyer at the firms Nixon Peabody, and Davis Wright Tremaine.

Sean is a registered patent attorney, and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a JD from University of San Diego School of Law. He was also a PhD Candidate in Biochemistry at Rutgers University, and holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from Montclair State University, and a BS in Biology from UC San Diego.
