• Patient portal: Beginning June 28, 2025, you can use our new patient portal to pay for services received both before and after this date. 

• By mail: Send a check using the payment address listed on your billing statement.

• In person: Visit the facility where you received care to pay directly at the front desk or billing office.

• By phone: Call the phone number listed on your billing statement to make a payment over the phone.
