Andrea Sung Tieng, MD

Dr. Andrea Tieng was born and raised in New York City. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the City University of New York and completed her medical degree at the State University of New York Health Science Center at the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York.Her internship and residency in Internal Medicine was completed at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York, where she also fulfilled her Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship.Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Tieng is licensed to practice in both California and New York. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterology Association.Prior to founding her own practice in Redlands and San Bernardino, Dr. Tieng worked as a private gastroenterologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Tieng specializes in providing sensitive and compassionate care to women, and delivers personalized care to all patients 18 years and older. Dr. Tieng is a board certified physician who treats patients with gastrointestinal illnesses and liver diseases. She utilizes innovative technology to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of the gastrointestinal tract, including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.
