Brook Raphael, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C

Brook Raphael, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, offers holistic, patient-centered cardiac care that incorporates the patient and family's wishes, ideologies and needs into a collaborative and comprehensive plan of care designed to improve patient safety and health outcomes. She seeks to ensure her patients feel empowered and comfortable.

Brook is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Brook is an avid scuba diver and outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys kayaking and boating, and volunteers as a diver for a local program that focuses on educating youth about native aquatic species and environmental conservation. She also helps raise money for local charities as a member of an international costuming organization. Incorporating family time with her husband and children is an integral component of her work-life balance.
