Dr. Hogan specializes in advanced surgical and non-surgical spinal care for young and aging adults, expertly addressing complex degenerative spinal conditions and spinal deformities. Dr. Hogan’s extensive medical journey has equipped him with a profound understanding of spine health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Honors, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Following this, he completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the Oklahoma University Health Science Center School of Medicine, further refining his expertise. His commitment to academic and clinical excellence continued with a specialized Spine Surgery Fellowship at Houston Methodist, which included rotations at leading institutions such as MD Anderson, Shriners, Texas Children's, and Texas Orthopaedic Hospital.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Hogan maintains board certification through active participation in Maintenance of Certification, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to the highest standards of practice. He adeptly manages a wide array of spinal conditions, performing advanced procedures such as cervical spine fusion (ACDF), cervical spine disc replacement, cervical spine laminoplasty, lumbar spine fusion, lumbar spine discectomy, lumbar spine decompression, and nerve root decompression. Dr. Hogan's clinical interests encompass the nuanced treatment of pinched nerves, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, herniated discs, and degenerative disc disease, all delivered with the utmost skill and empathy.
