David Drago, MD

David Drago, MD, provides comprehensive family medicine and obstetrical care at St. Anthony North Hospital. He believes in meeting his patients where they are and collaborating with them to achieve optimal health. Dr. Drago's care philosophy centers around empowering patients to not only avoid illness but also actively pursue well-being, utilizing lifestyle medicine alongside other medical therapies when necessary. Dr. Drago's path to medicine began with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Penn State, followed by several years in the cybersecurity field. After a career change, he pursued his passion for medicine, earning his MD from Penn State Hershey College of Medicine. He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Outside of his practice, Dr. Drago enjoys an active lifestyle. He loves spending time outdoors, whether it's walking, hiking, or biking, and exploring the beauty of the mountains. He also finds joy in cooking and eating healthy, delicious food. When time allows, he enjoys playing board games, video games, and participating in pickup sports.
