Deby Crook, FNP

Debra Crook is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of Texas to provide family-centered healthcare to patients ages sixteen years and older. Debra has dedicated over 30 years to excellent patient care, providing support to a wide range of departments including Labor and Delivery, Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Telemetry, and the Intensive Care Unit. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Debra also holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch - School of Nursing. Debra encourages healthy lifestyles through wellness visits, preventative care, and early detection.

• Hospital follow-up visits and pre-operative evaluations 

• Same day sick visits 

• Minor procedures 

• EKG services 

• Management of acute and chronic illness, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
