Why Did You Become a Medical Provider? I truly enjoy employing technology, science and empathy in connecting with individuals. Having the ability to improve someone's life in the process is a privilege. Personal Interests and Hobbies: Astronomy, aviation, exercise, faith, motorcycles, food!

 

Philosophy of care: To treat a patient and their loved ones as you would treat your own family.

 

Special Clinical Interests: Male and female incontinence, advanced endoscopic stone manipulation, and advanced laparoscopic/robotic techniques.  

 

Dr. Bruno is responsible for beginning the prostate cancer brachytherapy program at East Carolina University School of Medicine in 2003 and the urologic robotic program at East Carolina University School of Medicine in 2002.  Dr. Bruno is an educator regarding advanced robotic surgical techniques as well as brachytherapy.  

 

He is currently the Chief Medical Officer of Sequoia Hospital and medical director of their robotic and minimally invasive surgical program.
