"I'm happy to offer patients the best OB/GYN needs that are possible." ~ Eli Zinner, MD Dr. Zinner is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and has been working with medical students and residents for over twenty five years. He has also served Marian Regional Medical Center as Chairman of the Credentials Committee, Chairman of the OB/GYN Department and as Chief of Staff. He went to the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate degree in Bio-engineering and remained at Penn for Medical School. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Temple University in Philadelphia. He practiced in Pennsylvania for 21 years before moving to California and joining Marian in 2013
