Dr. Kia utilizes a multidisciplinary approach for treating chronic pain arising from a variety of disease processes. He strongly believes in patient education and incorporates individual patient goals into the treatment plan. He is skilled in fluoroscopic interventional procedures including spinal injections and radiofrequency ablation. He also offers implantable pain devices such as spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pain pumps. His training in physical medicine & rehabilitation allows him to improve the patients overall functional capacity while managing their pain in a safe, effective, and individually tailored manner.
