Jacqueline (Jackie) Ye, PharmD

Jackie Ye, PharmD, is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist specializing in medication management for anticoagulation, diabetes, hypertension, chronic opioid therapy, anemia, polypharmacy, depression and smoking cessation. Jacqueline seeks to provide high quality patient care through a strong partnership between provider and patient, and to nurture an environment of empathy, trust and respect. She strives to get to know her patients as a whole—their beliefs, culture, family history and more—so that she may provide personalized care.

Jacqueline is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Lambda Kappa Sigma International Professional Pharmacy Fraternity and Washington State Pharmacy Association.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys hanging out with her friends, traveling, cooking, hiking, drawing, and exploring new hobbies  and restaurants.
