James Randolph Tate, MD

Dr. Tate grew up in Redding and is a graduate of Shasta High School He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. He earned the distinction of graduating with Honors. He received his Medical Degree from the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Tate completed his Internship in General Surgery followed by four years of residency training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, he was selected for a prestigious fellowship program in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California at Davis Medical Center. There he was personally mentored by a world renowned physician. 

Dr. Tate is a board certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. Due to his extensive training in this specialty area, Dr. Tate uses state-of-the-art techniques and procedures for the rejuvenation and reconstruction of the face.
