Jennifer Davidson, ARNP

Jennifer Davidson, ARNP, is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner specializing in heart failure, including left ventricular assist device management, heart transplant and advanced care planning. Jennifer is passionate about caring for heart failure patients and their families, and values the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with them. Oftentimes, Jennifer first meets a patient in the hospital during a health crisis, where she seeks to bring calm to the situation by providing a clear understanding of the situation and how she and the patient can work together to manage their disease in a way that is both holistic and tailored to their needs. Empathetic and collaborative, Jennifer strives to create opportunities to have conversations with her patients about their wishes, fears and goals in the face of chronic illness. Jennifer is a member of the Heart Failure Society of America. Away from work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, visiting national parks, playing guitar and learning about wine.
