Joaquin Lizaola, PA-C, provides compassionate, high-quality adult heart care, with particular interest in coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias and preventive cardiology. Joaquin enjoys connecting with patients to understand their unique needs, values and preferences, and to offer evidence-based information so they can make informed health care decisions. He takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and to ensure they understand the reasons behind every medical decision.

Joaquin is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Washington Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Associates for Latino Health.

Away from work, Joaquin enjoys playing soccer, basketball  and football; attending concerts; and spending time with family and friends.
