Dr. Karla Sepulveda is a radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging. She is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Baylor College of Medicine and the Medial Director of Breast Imaging At the Breast Care Center at the Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is also the Director of Imaging for the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Sepulveda’s clinical interests include: patient-centered, high-value, multidisciplinary care; precision medicine; clinical decision support; and education innovation. Dr. Sepulveda received a B.A. from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and her medical degree from the University Of Texas Medical School at Houston, where she also completed her residency. She completed a fellowship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and a postdoctoral Master Teacher's Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Sepulveda served as Director Of Baylor College of Medicine's San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (2016, 2018) and Co-Chair of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Breast Imaging Update Conference (2015). Dr. Sepulveda is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology.
