Kayla Smart, DNP

Kayla Smart, ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, from infancy through end-of-life. Kayla strives to build strong, long-term relationships with her patients, meeting them where they are in their health journey. Her approach focuses on preventive care and treating the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. She enjoys taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle and values so she can work together with them to create a practical, personalized plan for better health. She finds fulfillment in supporting her patients’ well-being through every stage of life.
