Kristina Ieronimakis, ARNP

Kristina Ieronimakis, ARNP, is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner who specializes in treating adults with heart failure. She has extensive, high-acuity critical care experience, some of which was obtained from her work in a cardiovascular intensive care unit. She is committed to improving patient outcomes through continuous learning, innovation and compassionate care.

Kristina strives to form a therapeutic relationship with each patient and their family that is rooted in patient-specific education while incorporating cultural and religious preferences. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, she makes a point to identify and eliminate barriers to her patients’ achieving their health care goals. Active listening and knowledge sharing allows her to provide whole-person, tailored care.

Away from work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her children, knitting, gardening, cooking, baking, hiking and exercising.
