Lara Sopchak, LMT

Lara Sopchak, LMT, is an experienced massage therapist and massage teacher with additional certification in manual lymphatic drainage therapy (CMLDT). Lara is skilled in a rich variety of massage treatments and often uses a blend of massage therapies to cater to the needs of each patient. In addition to a very relaxing Swedish style, she also incorporates myofascial release, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage therapies.

Away from work, Lara enjoys all things creative, hiking and a good laugh.
