Dr. Luke Gilman is a radiologist specializing in breast imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Breast Care Center, Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at Baylor College of Medicine, where he also serves as Associate Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology residency program. Dr. Gilman’s clinical interests include: breast cancer screening and detection; breast interventional procedures; and breast MRI. Dr. Gilman received a B.A. from Rice University and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). He completed an internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California where he served as a Medical Officer in the US Navy supervising the medical department on a warship as well as training and supervising providers on shore. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at BCM and a fellowship in breast imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Gilman chose to pursue a career as a breast radiologist in part due to his own personal experience as the husband of a breast cancer survivor.
