Dr. Rafee Talukder is Assistant Professor of Medicine - Hematology/Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine.
His clinical and research interests include: genitourinary oncology (cancers of the bladder, prostate, kidney, and testes); and creating and running clinical trials that are practice-changing.
Dr. Talukder received an undergraduate degree from Boston Collage and his medical degree from the University of Texas Long School of Medicine in San Antonio. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and his fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Washington/Fred Hutch Cancer Center, where he served as a chief fellow during the second year of his training.
Dr. Talukder is board certified in internal medicine and board eligible in hematology and medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
