Samna Rasheed, DO

My patient care philosophy is rooted in compassion, respect and partnership with families. With a background in hospital medicine, I have cared for children and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience has shaped my commitment to listening closely, communicating clearly and, and providing supportive care across all settings. I prioritize preventive care and education, empowering families to make informed decisions while tailoring care plans to meet their unique needs. By combining evidence based medicine with empathy and cultural sensitivity, I aim to build lasting relationships grounded in trust.

I find it incredibly fulfilling that I am able to build trusting relationships with families- being someone they can rely on, not just for medical care, but for guidance, reassurance, and support. It is also deeply rewarding to see children grow and thrive over time, knowing that I have played even a small role in their well-being. Being able to advocate for them, support their development and empower their families is what makes this field so meaningful to me.
