Sarah Fosheim, DPT, MS, CCES, CMTPT

Sarah Fosheim is a Physical Therapist at CHI Health Lakeside Outpatient Clinic, specializing in Orthopedic and Women’s Health Physical Therapy.

She has a passion for treating lumbo-pelvic issues and has been practicing in this area since 1999. Sarah played a key role in developing women’s health programs at HealthSouth Clinic, Prairie Rehabilitation Services, and Sanford Women’s before relocating to Omaha.

She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota and later returned to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. From 2002 to 2006, she served as adjunct faculty, teaching the women’s health section at the University of South Dakota’s Physical Therapy program.

Sarah holds certifications in ASTYM, Dry Needling, and is a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. In her free time, she enjoys working out, skiing, reading, and spending time with her husband and four sons.
