Scott Clemons, ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner offering primary care for individuals and families across the lifespan. Scott approaches patient care with an attitude of collaboration. In addition to having his patients carry out healthy interventions in their lives, he wants them to understand why those interventions are so important for living a healthy today and a healthy tomorrow.
Scott is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and an associate member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
