Shawn Plyler, DO, is a resident physician specializing in family medicine with obstetrics. Dr. Plyler strives to encourage good health through preventive medicine and patient empowerment. He treats patients holistically, understanding that good health revolves around the body, mind and spirit, and that patients are not defined by their diseases.

Through compassion and care, Dr. Plyler gives patients the attention they deserve. He takes the time to get to know his patients while simultaneously giving them the best treatment possible. He encourages open communication and comfort in asking questions.

Away from work, Dr. Plyler enjoys woodworking, rock collecting, baking, working on his vehicles, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
