Philosophy of Care: I aim to meet people where they are at and provide care that improves their health, function, and overall well-being. Adapting to each person's goals to rebuild confidence, independence, and individual growth. Using movement and providing exercises as their medicine.

Why I Became a PT: I became a physical therapist coming from a background in personal training. I have always enjoyed exercise and staying active and how it can improve the health of the mind, body, and spirit.
