GEORGETOWN, Ky. (July 24, 2025) –Saint Joseph Health Medical Group – Primary Care welcomes Ali Epley, APRN, to its Georgetown team. Following in the footsteps of many other women in her family who are nurses, Epley is looking forward to building relationships with her patients and understanding them on a personal level.
“I like being on the frontlines. I don’t want to see the person lying in a hospital bed, not knowing who they are as a person. I want to know what makes you who you are and what makes you tick
I don’t want to just see you as someone giving you medications. I want to get to know who you are and build relationships.”
Originally from Ashland, Kentucky, Epley was first drawn to Saint Joseph Health after completing her clinical rotations at the health care system’s location in Winchester. She said, “As a clinical student, I was welcomed with open arms. People were open and honest, and communication was always at the forefront. I kept asking if there were any open positions with Saint Joseph Health, and then one day it just popped up. I feel like Georgetown chose me.”
Epley holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky, an associate degree in nursing from the Galen College of Nursing, and an associate degree in science from Bluegrass Community and Technical College. She earned a Master of Science in nursing at Eastern Kentucky University in May 2025.
Epley currently lives in Frankfort with her husband. Together, they have a young daughter and son in addition to their three cats. Outside of work, she enjoys being active.
Ali Epley will serve patients at Saint Joseph Health – Primary Care located at 150 Mt. Vernon Drive, Georgetown, KY. To make an appointment, call 502-218-1710.
