Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Unites Community to Celebrate Local Cancer Survivors

Join Saint Joseph Mount Sterling on Sept. 7 for Cancer Survivorship Day—celebrating survivors with food, activities, and support for the cancer journey.

MOUNT STERLING, Ky. (Aug. 27, 2025) – Saint Joseph Mount Sterling will host Cancer Survivorship Day on Sunday, Sept. 7, bringing together local survivors, families, caregivers, and community members to celebrate the strength, resilience, and hope of those who have faced cancer. The free community event will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on the lawn at Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, 225 Falcon Drive, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.

Cancer Survivorship Day will feature a picnic lunch and activities, including crafts and a photo booth, for survivors and their families. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with others, hear inspiring stories, and learn more about local resources that support the cancer journey, from diagnosis to survivorship.
