There are a few different ways to access your MyPortal via Commonspirit.org.
Accessing your portal based on the area you receive care
Patients in Nevada and the following regions of California (Bay Area, Central Coast, Ventura County and Southern California) can access MyPortal by clicking here.
Patients in Arizona (excluding Yavapai Regional Medical Center patients) and the following regions of California (Greater Sacramento, Central Valley and Northern California) can access MyPortal by clicking here.
Yavapai Regional Medical Center patients can access YRMC Care Connect by clicking here.
Accessing your portal with our Portal Access Wizard
You can also access your MyPortal account by clicking on Patient Portal in the top of the website and look up your portal by entering the provider or location where you receive care.
To begin, click the Patient Portal link circled below.
Then enter the name of the provider or location where you received care.
Once you find your provider, click on the “Sign in” link below.
