On November 1, we're introducing a new patient portal and mobile app to streamline how you access your health information and manage your care with Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group. It’s important to note that St. Luke’s Memorial hospitals will not be transferring to the new portal or app at this time.
The patient portal will offer secure, convenient access to your health information with a refreshed look that reflects Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group’s association with CommonSpirit Health.
Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible for you. Your health information and records will automatically transfer to the CommonSpirit Patient Portal.
Starting November 1, Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is moving to a new patient portal and app. This tool is designed to streamline how you access your health information and manage your care with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group all in one place. Once available, you’ll be able to access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal through our website at https://patientportalsouth.commonspirit.org/PRD/or by downloading the CommonSpirit Mobile App.
We know the health care environment is complicated - but your experience with your health information doesn't have to be. The CommonSpirit Patient Portal and App are designed to simplify and improve your experience through one single, secure destination. This platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making it easier than ever to view test results, communicate with your care team and manage your health online.
To ensure a unified experience across all of your care, the patient portal will reflect the CommonSpirit brand. This means some of your messages and notifications, such as important reminders and test results, may now come from CommonSpirit. Rest assured, these messages are from the same physicians and caregivers you’ve always relied on.
We are committed to ensuring you have continued access to your health information as we make this transition to the CommonSpirit patient portal and mobile app on November 1. Here’s what you need to know:
Your health information from Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group doctor’s offices and clinic visits will be available in the CommonSpirit Patient Portal beginning November 1. All you need to do is register for a new account.
Your doctor still has full access to your records, and you can call the doctor’s office for help managing appointments, test results or other questions.
If you don’t currently have a Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group Patient Portal account, we encourage you to sign up for the CommonSpirit Patient Portal and Mobile App. Our new patient portal provides a convenient, secure way for you to manage your health, either online at https://patientportalsouth.commonspirit.org/PRD/ or through our mobile app. You’ll be able to use the portal to view test results, send messages to your provider, pay bills and more.
On November 1, we’ll send you a message to guide you through activating the patient portal and downloading the CommonSpirit Mobile App. Your Baylor - St. Luke's Medical Group care team can also assist you with activating the portal during your next appointment.
We understand that not everyone has access to technology or feels comfortable using it. You can still access your health information and manage your care by contacting your care team's office directly by phone. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to the care and information they need, regardless of their technological preferences.
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. The patient portal uses secure, industry-standard technology to protect your personal health information. Only you and your authorized caregivers can access your account, and all data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
