What is ankle circles?

Ankle circles

  1. Sit up straight in a chair.
  2. Extend your left leg in front of you so your foot is a few inches off the floor.
  3. Rotate your left foot at the ankle in small circles. Make 10 circles to the left, then 10 to the right. Put your foot back on the floor.
  4. Repeat with your right foot.
