Keeping a healthy-eating journal

When you change your eating habits, it's important to have your own reason, to set short-term goals you can reach, and to keep track of your progress.

  • Have your own reason.

My reason to eat healthier meals:

  • Set short-term goals that will help you reach your long-term goal.

    My goal(s) this week:

  • Keep track of your progress.

You can use a form like the one below to keep track of how you're doing each week and solve problems as they arise.

    Example

I had an orange with breakfast.

I skipped lunch because I was busy.

I've been having trouble fitting lunch into my schedule. I'll put some healthy frozen meals in the work freezer so it's easier to eat lunch.
