  1. Stand tall or sit up straight in a chair.
  2. Reach your arms across your body. Hold your right shoulder with your left hand, and your left shoulder with your right hand. You should feel a stretch across your upper back and the backs of your shoulders.
  3. Hold for 30 seconds and then relax.
  4. Repeat 2 to 4 times.
