What are vascular skin lesions?

Vascular skin lesions are bumps, spots, or growths that may appear on the skin. They often occur when blood vessels under the skin get larger or wider or don't grow normally. Examples are angiomas, hemangiomas, spider veins, and telangiectasias. Most skin lesions are harmless. But they can be a sign of other health problems.
