Your health and time are our top priorities. From the moment you arrive, you’ll speak with a nurse who will assess your needs and ensure you receive the most appropriate care quickly. After treatment, our nurses will walk you through your discharge instructions and answer any questions, streamlining the process so you can return home sooner.
Admission depends on your condition. Many patients are treated and discharged, while others may require further care and hospitalization. If you need to be admitted to the hospital, your medical records will be immediately available to any of our health care providers who will be taking care of you.
St. Joseph Health offers an online patient record request tool, which is easy to use and free. You'll need to verify your identity by uploading a photo of your driver's license, which you can take with your phone or computer.
You may also view a portion of your medical records through our patient portal.
We accept most major insurance plans, but since coverage is frequently updated, we recommend that you check with your insurance company for details or call our office so we can help you verify coverage.
We offer secure online access to your health information, making it easier and more convenient to manage your care. With portal access, you can communicate with your doctor, access test results, request prescription refills and manage appointments.
