These visits allow you to work with your pediatrician to catch any illnesses ahead of time, track that the growth and development of your child is steady and raise any concerns about issues like sleep and nutrition.

Our pediatricians recommend babies have well-visits on the following schedule:

  • 2-3 days after leaving the hospital

  • 10-14 days old

  • 1 month 

  • 2 months 

  • 4 months 

  • 6 months 

  • 9 months

  • 18 months

Starting at age 2, your child will see their pediatrician yearly. In some cases, an additional visit will occur midway between age 2 and 3.
