CommonSpirit Health and our local facilities support nonprofit organizations that share our mission, vision and values. We give priority to programs that improve access to care and promote health equity and healthier communities.
CommonSpirit is proud to support nonprofit organizations that help improve the health and well-being of our communities. Guided by our mission, vision and values, we prioritize projects that focus on advancing health equity, improving access to care and improving community wellness.
Organizations that address one or more of these key needs will receive greater consideration:
Access to care: financial security, immunizations and maternal and child health
Affordable housing and homelessness
Behavioral health: mental health and suicide prevention
Chronic conditions: heart disease, diabetes, digestive diseases, obesity, cancer, oral health, orthopedics and stroke
Equity: health, racial and social equity initiatives
Nutrition and wellness: food security and physical activity
Substance abuse and addiction
Safety and violence prevention: domestic violence, human trafficking and injury prevention
We may also support projects that improve community well-being in other ways, including physician and environmental improvements, economic developments in low-income areas, workforce development and more.
Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply. Requests for arts, cultural events or projects without a clear connection to community health may receive lower priority. CommonSpirit doesn’t consider funding requests from the following organizations:
Partisan political groups, activities, campaigns, endowments, memorials, individuals or tours
Requests from individuals or for-profit companies
Capital and Equipment
Programs that are inconsistent with our core values
Out of area organizations or most entertainment events
School or club sports or academic teams or activities including band, boosters, cheer, competitions, conferences, dance, field trips and tournaments
Complete the sponsorship application form at least 8-12 weeks before your event or program.
Include details about your organization, project goals and community impact.
After submission, you may be asked to submit additional documentation including W-9, flyers, brochures or sponsorship level options.
Applicants will be notified of the sponsorship oversight committee's decision via email.
While all sponsorships are considered and worthy, those which align with our mission and health priorities in the communities we serve will be given greater consideration.
