Advancing health equity
Everyone has the right to be healthy. We are steadfast advocates for solutions that reverse the long history of health disparities based on a person's race, location, or means.
The common good needs a champion
More than ever, our world needs compassion. Our communities need caring and our families need support. To meet these challenges, CommonSpirit Health® is committed to building healthy communities by advocating for those who are poor and vulnerable, and innovating how and where healing can happen.
Formed in 2019 through the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, CommonSpirit® is one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the U.S., with more than 1,000 care sites in 21 states coast to coast, serving 20 million patients in big cities and small towns across America.
At CommonSpirit, humankindness means inspiring change in health care that leads to more empathy, listening, and respect - because we believe that humanity holds the power to heal.
