New Graduate Nurse Residency

Launch your nursing career with purpose and confidence through our Nurse Residency Program. Designed to support newly licensed registered nurses (RNs), this year-long journey blends expert-led classroom instruction, hands-on clinical training and one-on-one mentorship to help you grow into a skilled and compassionate RN.

You'll begin with 2–3 weeks of classroom learning, followed by 12–16 weeks of guided unit-based experience. Along the way, you’ll build lasting connections, share experiences with your cohort, and complete a meaningful evidence-based practice project that highlights your growth.

Cohorts start in February, July and October. To apply, submit between mid-August and mid-September for the February cohort, mid-January to mid-February for July or early June to early July for October.

 

Administrative Fellowship

The CommonSpirit Health Administrative Fellowship is an 18-month program offering hands-on experience across multiple operations within our system. Fellows complete four rotations, gaining valuable skills in hospital, ambulatory and leadership functions.
