Dr. Akiva Diamond is a hematologist specializing in malignant hematology conditions. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine - Hematology and Oncology at the Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Diamond’s research interests include: treatment effects and outcomes of elderly blood cancer patients; and clinical trials. Dr. Diamond received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University / University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he also completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology.
