Benjamin (Ben) McLean, MD

Benjamin McLean, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist who works as a consultant in a collaborative care model within primary care. He assists in the diagnosis and treatment of complex mental health cases, including performing new patient evaluations and limited follow-up visits, when needed, for ongoing psychiatric stabilization.

Dr. McLean’s approach to care is to learn what his patient’s treatment goals are and how they can work together to reach them. He makes a point to provide patients with good medical information so they can make informed decisions regarding their health care.

Dr. McLean is a member of the Washington Psychiatric Association and American Psychiatric Association.

Away from work, Dr. McLean enjoys ice hockey, soccer, running, hiking, traveling, painting and chess.
