Chad E. Fuller, MD

Dr. Chad Fuller is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. He completed his residency training at Ascension Providence in Michigan, where his leadership and clinical aptitude were recognized by his peers, who elected him to serve as Chief Resident. In this role, he took an active hand in shaping the next generation of physicians, serving as a mentor to newer residents and medical students. Dr. Fuller is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of primary care medicine and community health. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Fuller is a devoted family man. He and his wife enjoy an active lifestyle with their son, whether they are hiking local trails or spending the day at the beach building sandcastles. They are also enthusiastic pet parents to their rescue dog, Beaker, who is a beloved member of their family. Dr. Fuller brings the same sense of warmth, balance, and dedication to his personal life that he brings to his medical practice.
