Cyrus B. King, MD

Dr. Cyrus King is Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at BCM, which he joined in 2021. A Neurosurgeon at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, Dr. King specializes in spine surgery, with clinical interests in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, degenerative and traumatic spinal conditions, and re-operative/revision spine surgery. 

Dr. King received his B.A. from Williams College and earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he served as a research fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. King received additional training at Indiana University and Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, where he became fellowship-trained in complex spine and deformity surgery.
