Dawson Brown, MD

Dawson Brown, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine and open and complex shoulder reconstruction.

Dr. Brown believes in giving his patients time; not only to adequately hear their symptoms, concerns and goals, but also to provide them education and insight into their condition so they can make informed decisions about their treatment. The best outcomes, whether surgical or non-surgical, depend on mutual respect and understanding, excellent technical ability, clinical acumen and shared accountability.

Dr. Brown is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America and American Academy of Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

Dr. Brown volunteers his time and expertise as the team physician for South Kitsap High School and Bainbridge High School, and serves on their Athletic Medicine advisory boards.
