Donna Smith, MD

Donna Smith, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in complex hand/wrist/elbow trauma, carpal tunnel syndrome and Dupuytren’s disease. Dr. Smith strives to get to know her patients and develop treatment plans tailored to their needs. She encourages patients to ask questions to ensure they understand their condition and the options for treatment, and she assists them to make educated decisions about their health. Her goal is to help patients improve function and quality of life.

Dr. Smith is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS). She is a member of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association and American Medical Association.

Away from work, Dr. Smith enjoys ice hockey, golf and spending time with family.
