Eileen Bailey, MD, FACP

Eileen Bailey, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who enjoys caring for medically complex patients of all ages, with special medical interest in women's health. Her areas of expertise include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, women's health, cardiology and treatment of anxiety and depression.

Dr. Bailey is the Section Head of Concierge Medicine and medical director of the Executive Health Program at Virginia Mason. As a concierge medicine physician, Dr. Bailey loves meeting new people and building strong bonds with her patients. She does this by finding common connections, and ensuring that her patients feel listened to, understood and cared for. Achieving positive outcomes for formerly ill patients and getting them back to their lives makes her feel wonderful.

When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Bailey enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.
