Elyze C Wermel, NP

Elyze Wermel, NP, is committed to making the patient-provider relationship a space for open communication, understanding and education. Her goal is to help people achieve personal health and satisfaction with their healthcare. Elyze received her Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Trinity International University and completed studies in Paramedicine at Pikes Peak Community College. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) & Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Anschutz, University of Colorado. Elyze is credentialed as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANPCB). When not working with patients, she can frequently be found in the great outdoors-- particularly in the mountains. Hiking the Manitou Incline is a constant favorite. Additionally, she enjoys spending time with her godsons and nieces and considers herself an avid reader who enjoys international intrigue and espionage.
