Eugene Oh, MD, PhD

Eugene Oh, MD, PhD, is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. He has extensive experience in breast and body surgery including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift and liposuction surgeries. Additionally, Dr. Oh is committed to treating patients after major weight offers comprehensive body contouring procedures.

He has a special interest in reconstruction after breast cancer surgery (mastectomy reconstruction, oncoplastic reconstruction after lumpectomy, breast revision surgery). He additionally performs gender affirming top surgery.

Finally, he treats a wide range of conditions such as skin cancer, complex wound reconstruction and nerve conditions of the upper extremity (carpal tunnel syndrome).  

Dr. Oh is deeply committed to his patients and puts their health and well-being first. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Oh enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and home renovation projects.
