Farhan Javaid, MD

Farhan Javaid, MD, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, sees patients of all ages at Saint Joseph Medical Group – Primary Care. A physician since 2004, his areas of interest include hypertension, diabetes and health maintenance/prevention.

Dr. Javaid said his approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, “encompassing physical, emotional and social well-being with a focus on prevention, early intervention and long-term relationships with patients.” He demonstrates humankindness by treating patients with compassion and respect, “regardless of religion, skin color.”

He was inspired to become a physician by his desire to alleviate suffering, and improve the health and well-being of people’s lives. He chose family practice so that he could provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
